Apparently I need to be ticked off to have the motivation to cook a darn good supper & well work at a corporation that provides me with a bazillion recipes.

I had a dish like this, except with beef, in Singapore so I just had to try it. It was also a good way to continue to procrastinate finishing my product redesign project, meh, gonna be a long night matting.
